Please Note:  RICS Home Survey Level 2 is a non-intrusive visual inspection, and it does not cover concealed or inaccessible areas.

Properties in relatively good condition, Newer or modern properties, Properties without extensions or alterations, Standard-sized properties. Typically, It is suitable for buyers seeking a balanced assessment of a residential properties, including houses, flats, and bungalows.

A valuation can be requested separately or in addition to the Home Buyer Report. The Value requires extra considerations to be taken into account thank only those disclosed in the report.
