The RICS Home Survey – Level 3 (also known as a Building Survey Level 3) carries out an in-depth inspection of a property and a detailed report based on the inspection.
This report has a broader scope than level 2 surveys and is appropriate for properties that are older, for properties in poor condition or for properties that have undergone major alterations or extensions
The report will include detailed advice on the property’s condition, identify potential or hidden defects and suggest probable causes of the defects.
